What Buyer Protection covers, what it does not cover, and how Cardmine reviews order issues.
Buyer Protection is Cardmine's marketplace support policy for eligible orders paid through Cardmine checkout. It helps protect buyers from seller non-shipment, major listing problems and tracked delivery issues.
It is not insurance and it is not a promise that every complaint leads to a refund. Cardmine reviews the order, listing, shipping method, tracking events and evidence before deciding the right outcome.
Buyer Protection can help when:
Keep all communication and evidence inside the order flow where possible. Photos of the card, packaging, tracking details and listing state help support review the case.
Some issues are limited or excluded:
If a seller asks you to pay outside Cardmine, do not do it. Buyer Protection only works when the order is paid through Cardmine checkout.
Tracked shipping has carrier proof. That makes it stronger for delivery disputes because Cardmine can verify label events, scans and delivery outcomes.
Cardmine Letter Mail is untracked and only available for eligible low-value raw-card orders. The seller must mark it posted after handing the letter to the postal service, but untracked postal loss is not covered.
Open the order from your account and report the issue as soon as you can. Be specific, keep the card and packaging, and upload clear evidence when asked.
For tracked delays, wait until the carrier estimate has passed unless tracking already shows a lost, failed or returned shipment. For card accuracy issues, report promptly after delivery.
