How Cardmine seller fees, shipping payouts and seller-funded early withdrawals work.
Listing cards is free. The default seller fee is 4% of the item subtotal and only applies when a card sells. The minimum seller order remains EUR 2.00; there is no EUR 10.00 minimum purchase.
Cardmine offers one free payout per seller and currency each calendar month when the released wallet balance is at least EUR 100.00. Early withdrawals are available from EUR 20.00. Early and additional withdrawals use the displayed Stripe Connect cost reserve. Every request withdraws the complete eligible balance and a seller can request at most four payouts per month.
The seller fee is deducted from the card sale price before the sale credit is added to the seller wallet. Shipping is handled separately:
Buyer Protection and buyer service fees are paid by the buyer at checkout and are not deducted from seller net.
| Choice | Released wallet balance | Seller cost |
|---|---|---|
| First monthly standard payout | EUR 100.00 or more | Free |
| First monthly early withdrawal | EUR 20.00 to EUR 99.99 | Displayed Connect reserve |
| Additional withdrawal that month | EUR 20.00 or more | Displayed Connect reserve |
The displayed reserve includes the active-account cost when this is the seller's first payout of the month, the fixed payout fee, both separately modelled payout-volume components and one cent of rounding protection. Cardmine reconciles the estimate to the Stripe invoice; an estimate and its actual replacement are never counted together.
Released balance can still be delayed, reversed or held for buyer refunds, open issues, disputes, missed shipment deadlines, Stripe verification or a critical financial anomaly.
