An order moves through clear stages:
If anything goes wrong, an order can also be refunded, cancelled, or put into dispute while it is reviewed.
How much detail you see depends on the shipping method:
When your card arrives, confirm receipt. This completes the order and lets the seller's payout be released. Confirming promptly is good marketplace etiquette and keeps sellers shipping quickly.
If the seller misses the ship-by deadline, you are refunded automatically. If the card is wrong, damaged or missing, report an issue rather than confirming receipt.
