For tracked orders, Cardmine can also review the carrier events to verify what happened in transit.
When an order is disputed, the seller's payout stays held until the case is resolved — money does not move while there is an open question. Keep all messages and evidence within the order so everything is on record.
Depending on what the evidence shows, a dispute ends in either a refund to the buyer or the payout being released to the seller. Honest listings, good packaging and tracked shipping make the outcome clear-cut for everyone.
Disputes cannot cover postal loss on untracked Letter Mail, buyer remorse after a correct shipment, minor condition differences within grading tolerance, or anything arranged off Cardmine. See Buyer Protection for the full list.
