How checkout works, what buyers pay, and when refunds are issued.
Add listings to your cart and choose a shipping destination. Cardmine checks seller groups, shipping availability and cart currency before checkout can start.
Checkout can be blocked if a seller has no available shipping option for the destination, if the cart mixes currencies that must be checked out separately, or if the seller still needs to finish required setup.
The checkout total can include:
Buyer Protection is calculated per seller order and shown before payment. Sellers keep 100% of the card sale price; there is no seller commission.
Cardmine checkout runs through the secure payment flow. Sellers do not receive your card details. Order records keep the checkout, listing, shipping and payment state together so support can review what happened if an issue is reported.
Refunds can happen when:
For missed shipment deadlines, Cardmine can refund automatically when the seller does not create the required tracked shipping progress or mark eligible Letter Mail as posted in time.
Wallet balance can be used in supported checkout flows. If an order is refunded, wallet-backed amounts are restored through the wallet ledger instead of being treated like a new card payment.
