How Cardmine stores seller disclosure details and where buyers can see them.
Sellers can mark their marketplace profile as a private seller or as a professional trader or business seller.
Private seller means the seller is not presenting the account as a business seller on Cardmine. Professional trader or business seller means the seller provides business disclosure details such as business name and customer service contact.
This is disclosure information for buyers. It is not legal advice and it does not decide tax treatment by itself.
Professional sellers can store:
Cardmine snapshots relevant seller disclosure details on future seller orders so later profile edits do not rewrite old order records.
Buyer checkout and order pages can show whether a package is from a private seller or a professional seller. Multi-seller checkouts can contain both types because each seller ships separately.
Tax, VAT, invoicing, collection and remittance responsibilities can differ by seller, buyer location, fee type and transaction. Checkout shows recorded amounts, while each party remains responsible for the obligations that apply to them. The platform tax allocation policy remains subject to external review.
