Once an order is on its way, here is how to follow it and what timelines to expect.
Every paid order has a the seller must meet. Until it ships, the order sits at ; once the seller dispatches it (or marks Letter Mail as posted), it moves to . You can follow all of this in ().
/profile?tab=ordersA tracked shipment shows carrier scans from dispatch through to delivery, so you can see roughly where it is. Delivery time depends on the carrier and the route — allow the carrier's own delivery estimate before treating an order as late.
Cardmine Letter Mail is untracked, so there are no scans. The seller marks it as posted, and you confirm receipt once it arrives. Because there is no tracking, give untracked mail a little extra patience, especially across borders.
Confirm receipt once you have the card and have checked it. This completes the order and releases the seller's payout. If the card is wrong or damaged, report an issue instead of confirming.
