How to create clear listings that buyers can trust and support can review.
A good listing makes the exact card easy to understand. The buyer should know what card they are buying, which version it is, the condition, quantity, price and how it will ship.
Use the condition that matches the physical copy, not the condition you wish it had. If you are unsure, choose the more conservative option and add photos.
Common labels include Mint, Near Mint, Excellent, Good, Light Played, Played and Poor. Different games and collectors may use slightly different expectations, so photos help avoid misunderstandings.
Add clear photos when:
Use bright, even light. Show the front and back. Do not hide damage with sleeves, glare or heavy cropping.
Make sure the variant is right before publishing. A regular copy, foil, reverse holo, promo or alternate-art version can have a very different value.
Only list quantities you can actually ship. If you sell or trade a card elsewhere, update or pause your listing quickly.
Do not list counterfeit cards, stolen goods, resealed products sold as sealed, unauthorized proxies sold as genuine, unsafe products or anything that violates Cardmine marketplace rules.
