What to do when a card is wrong, missing, damaged, fake, late or not shipped.
If something goes wrong, open the order from your account. Do not move the conversation to email, social media or external payment apps. Cardmine can review a case best when messages, order status, tracking and evidence stay connected.
Useful evidence includes:
Keep the packaging until the case is resolved.
Report the issue promptly after delivery. Be specific: name the card, set, number, variant and condition problem. For fake or materially different cards, clear photos are especially important.
For tracked shipping, check the tracking first. If the delivery estimate has passed or tracking shows a failed, lost or returned shipment, report the issue from the order.
For Cardmine Letter Mail, there is no tracking. The seller must mark the letter posted in time, but postal loss after posting is not covered.
Paid orders have a seller ship-by deadline. If the seller misses the deadline, Cardmine can automatically refund the buyer and keep the seller payout blocked.
