How Cardmine reviews are collected, verified and displayed after marketplace orders.
Reviews help buyers understand what it is like to order from a seller on Cardmine. They are based on completed marketplace orders, so the feedback comes from people who actually bought through Cardmine.
Each review can include a star rating and an optional written comment. The seller profile shows the average rating and the reviews that have been published for that seller.
Only buyers who completed an order through Cardmine can leave a review for that seller. This keeps reviews tied to real marketplace activity instead of open public comments.
A review is linked to the order it came from, but public review pages do not need to show private order details. Other users can see the buyer name, rating, date and comment when a review is published.
Buyers can review a seller after the order is completed or marked as received. This means the buyer has had a chance to check the card, packaging and delivery experience before rating the seller.
If an order is still open, cancelled before completion or under review, the review flow may not be available yet.
The rating reflects the buyer's overall experience with that seller for the order. Buyers should consider:
The average rating on a seller profile is calculated from that seller's published reviews.
The "Verified purchase" label means the review is connected to a completed Cardmine marketplace order. It helps separate real order feedback from general opinions.
It does not mean Cardmine writes the review or changes the buyer's opinion. The buyer chooses the rating and comment.
Reviews should be useful to other collectors. Good reviews describe the actual order experience in clear, fair language.
Reviews should not include private contact details, payment details, threats, insults or claims that are not related to the order. Cardmine can remove or hide review content that breaks marketplace rules or puts users at risk.
When available, sellers can respond to a review. A seller response should add helpful context and stay focused on the order experience.
Cardmine is a collector marketplace. Clear reviews help buyers choose sellers with confidence and help good sellers build a trustworthy profile over time.
