Once an order is , you can leave the seller a review from (). A review has:

a rating from 1 to 5 stars,
an optional title, and
an optional comment.

Why it matters

A seller's rating is built from buyer reviews, so your feedback directly shapes their reputation and helps other buyers choose who to trust. Specific, factual comments — about how accurate the listing was, how well the card was packed, and how quickly it arrived — are the most useful.

Keep reviews fair

Base your rating on the listing accuracy, packaging and delivery, not on things outside the seller's control.
If there is a genuine problem with the order, report the order first — that is the way to get a refund or resolution. A review alone does not resolve an issue.
Leave your review once the card has actually arrived and you have checked it.
