When you get refunded, and how the money comes back.
Most orders never need a refund. When one does, Cardmine handles it through the order so it is quick and traceable.
A refund returns through the original payment for the order. If you used your Cardmine balance to pay, that wallet credit is restored to your balance. You do not need to arrange anything separately.
Automatic refunds for non-shipment are issued as soon as the deadline passes. Refunds from a resolved dispute are issued once the case is decided. Bank or card processing can take a little longer to show on your side after Cardmine releases the refund.
Refunds and Buyer Protection only apply to orders paid through Cardmine checkout. Anything arranged off-platform cannot be refunded by Cardmine.
