How seller balances become available and why payouts can be pending, held or refunded.
Wallet shows payout setup, available balance and payout actions. To receive approved payouts, connect and verify your payout account through Stripe.
Stripe may require identity, bank or business details before payouts are active. Cardmine shows the latest status in Wallet and lets you refresh verification status.
A sale does not become instantly withdrawable the moment checkout is paid. The payout can remain pending while the order is shipped, delivered and reviewed.
Balance can become available when the buyer confirms delivery or when the order passes the approval flow without an open issue.
A payout can be held when:
If the order is refunded, the related seller balance is adjusted.
Sellers keep 100% of the card sale price. Shipping is handled according to the selected shipping method.
For Cardmine Letter Mail, the eligible postage amount can be included with the seller payout because the seller buys and posts the letter. For platform-held tracked shipping, the shipping amount can fund the controlled label flow instead of being paid out as seller margin.
When balance is eligible and Stripe payouts are active, request a payout from Wallet. If a payout fails, check your payout details and follow the action shown in Wallet.
